Responsibilities
- Oversee parent relation and new admission.
- Manage relations with executives , branch co-ordinators and centers.
- Present monthly performance to management.
- Implement efficient processes and standards to improve service.
- Evalute operation risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
- Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity and engagement.
Requirements and skills
- Previous minimum 8 years experience as a principal or in a similar role.
- First hand knowledge of school administrative processes.
- Ability to manage remote team members.
- Great presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Ms word, excel and powerpoint .
Salary : 28000- 33000 Taka /monthly
Job type – full time.
Office location – Dhanmondi.
