Who can apply?
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable talking with new people and have good verbal communication skills. Previous experience as Call Center Executive, Sales Executive or similar experience will be given priority.
Core Responsibility
Kids Time Parent Support Executive will have following responsibilities:
- Make regular phone calls to parents to enroll their children in Kids Time courses.
- Managing Teacher in Centers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing Kids Time parents and provide necessary support to them.
- Communicate with parents with new and upcoming courses of Kids Time.
- Maintain different course batches in the Kids Time Centers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing Kids Time Parents about monthly fees.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calling parents and converting them for Kids Time courses.
- Monitor regularly in our centers (Friday-Saturday). Parents Support Executive have to do the office for 6 days including Friday & Saturday.2 days in centers & 4 days in the Head office.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months of experience as Call Center Executive or Sales Executive will be given priority.
*Leadership skill
* Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
* Hard working.
* Working knowledge about excel, word, email.
* Has own Laptop and Smartphone

- Dhanmondi
- Gulshan
- Mirpur 10
- Khilgaon
