Responsibilities

  • Oversee parent relation and new admission.
  • Manage relations with executives , branch co-ordinators and centers.
  • Present monthly performance to management.
  • Implement efficient processes and standards to improve service.
  • Evalute operation risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
  • Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity and engagement.

Requirements and skills

  • Previous minimum 8 years experience as a principal or in a similar role.
  • First hand knowledge of school administrative processes.
  • Ability to manage remote team members.
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Ms word, excel and powerpoint .

Salary : 28000- 33000 Taka /monthly

 Job type – full time. 

Office location – Dhanmondi.
