Kids Time, one of the leading after-school brands in Bangladesh, is hiring Crafting Teachers for their online courses for children. We are looking for interested candidates who can take the challenge of taking online classes with children (4-12 years old) in an interactive and interesting way. The candidate will be a proud member of Kids Time teachers.

Who can apply?

1. Graduating student from Fine Arts department of any reputed institution
2. Art & Craft teacher of any kindergarten school
3. Individual who have experience making crafting items

Skills Required

1. Ability to take crafting and creative activity class online for children
2. Can follow Kids Time’s curriculum and guideline for taking online class
3. Creative, can think outside the box and ability to interact with children through zoom/other video calling software
4. Ability to manage and engage 10-12 children (4-8 years old) online

Other Requirement for Application

1. Can take online class on Friday & Saturday (Minimum 6 hour engagement)
2. Can take online class on weekdays when necessary
3. Should have own laptop/smartphone and internet connection at home

Job Responsibility

1. Conduct online class regularly
2. Maintain very good relationship with the parents
3. Follow Kids Time curriculum on Crafting and Creative Work
4. Maintain student database, regular class attendance and other administrative works
5. Regular reporting to the management
6. Other responsibility determined by the management

Remuneration Package

The successfully recruited candidate will receive payment based on per class or monthly total batch taken. The class duration is 1 hour. In every batch, there will be 8-10 students from across Bangladesh. Kids Time teachers earning depends on the number of batches taken every month.
